New Year Resolutions - Progress (1)

I'm happy to say that for once, I'm actually making quite a lot of effort to achieve my aims. I just hope that I don't run out of steam halfway...

1. Haven’t bought that many CDs actually, but got a few mags and collector-type albums so those cost quite a fair bit. Think I need to budget myself a bit better...

2. I have worked out all the chords for “Shampoo” and clarified some doubts with Lf so all I need to do now is to practise more!! Also halfway through working out the chords for “Angel Blue” so despite my slow progress, it’s not a bad start, I think.

3. Been practising calligraphy once a week. It’s probably not good enough to make much improvement, but at least I haven’t been so lazy as to skip it completely. On track so far...

4. Tried reading my "Malay for Beginners" book again x years after buying it. Managed to get to Chapter 2 so far, but it’s kind of hard to remember so many new words. Very slow progress indeed...As for the rest, nope, haven't done anything about them yet.

hehe, i'm actually a bit worried that i'll run out of steam, esp for guitar and languages. I think posting this stuff in my blog helps, cos I know there'll be people 'watching'!
