Revolt
After hanging on for dear life for quite some time, my dying computer has finally revolted and 撒手歸西! No amount of coaxing will revive it so it's certified...Don't think it's worth sending to the doc cos it gave me so much trouble over the past year or so. Need to shop around for a replacement (which brand is good ar? Besides DIY?); more money required, haiz...

i'm considering either Dell or a DIY...DIY good for future upgrades but deps on how much the self-assembled is going to cost...Waiting for my fren's reply den c how...
Dell seems pretty good except that i really just need a cpu cos the rest of the stuff seems ok.
I'll get a desktop cos generally notebooks seem to die faster lol.
here's a little warning on dell, they're cheap and all but they're really .. hmm, what's the word? SHITTY. they're longevity, notebook or desktop, falls way shorter then other brands. anything but a dell =P
their LCD screens are worth the purchase though, cheap and good.
Oh, is Dell that bad? Anyway i've decided to get a DIY...cheaper and easier for upgrades...and since i've already got the other bits (monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers).
